I don't especially want to smoke, I have to. Smoking keeps my weight down. A year ago, I quit smoking and I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diets and exercise but contrary to what everybody thinks, they don't work. I went from a slim 135 to a whopping 275 pounds. So when women laughed and said forget it, you're too fat, that was it, and I went back to 2 packs a day. I've been losing about 15 pounds a month and I expect it will take 2 or 3 years for all of my weight to come off. As long as smoking keeps my weight down, then I don't care a hoot about the problems. I'd rather get cancer or emphysema any day, then have to spend the rest of my life all big and fat. I should have never quit smoking in the first place

It is my 8th day of quitting smoking after my last cigarette. I have followed roughly the same approach of getting rid of that filthy, terrible tast and problem-creator thing. For me the big obstacle was the brainwashing and next the mindset. I enjoy of being me as a happy non-smoker. Thank you for all your efforts l, please try as best as u can to deliver such a life-changing program. I liked the story of Sheena. It inspired me and I need it in these days. Thank you for sharing it .

I agree, its gonna be a mindbattle. For years I've been on depressants, but I'm off medz for three months now. But now I'm smoking too much. Two packs of 20's or more a day
BS, NRT is not addictive. Do your research..
Tell this to all the people who took NRT to quit smoking and continue taking NRT years later or have relapsed back to smoking and vaping.
Over 18 months smoke-free, and I’ll say it again. My quit was the EASIEST thing I never THOUGHT I could do!! If before I started the program, somebody would say “You could quit smoking and not have a desire to smoke in as little as 10 days”, I wouldn’t have believed him. After my quit, I could not believe the transformation that occurred in my mind and how little time it took. You just have to be receptive to what you’re learning, trust the process, complete the exercises, and complete the program, then everything falls into place. 💙
Thanks again for the tip. In my mind I am already preparing for September 3rd, and the right information really helps. I also want my body to be clean again, and healthy food is a nice replacement.🙏🌱🆓
